Availability - We reserve the right to change or replace any item without notice. We will endeavour to replace it with an item of a similar nature and value. Where this is not possible a full refund will be given.

Confirmation – All non-verbal orders will be confirmed. If you have not heard from us within 48hours of placing your order please contact us. We cannot be held responsible for any lost orders.

Alteration / Cancellation – Meetings get moved, clients cancel, dates change. In the event of you needing to change or cancel a booking please let us know no later than 24hours before the due delivery time. If less than 24hours notice is given full payment will be required.

Prices – We reserve the right to change prices anytime before delivery takes place. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Images of Food - are for illustration purposes only and do not form part of the agreement. Food delivered may differ in content and appearance.

Food must be refrigerated after delivery if it is not for immediate consumption. Food is for the same day consumption.

Food allergies – Please note that we do use nuts in our kitchen and although every care is taken to prevent cross contamination this is not guaranteed.

Liability of Appetite - Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid for the order in question. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

You must observe and comply with all appropriate food handling regulations and legislation. We accept no liability in respect of the improper handling or storage of the food.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit your statutory rights as a consumer that may not be limited nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
