It all came about when we got bored of hearing how friends could only get the same old sandwiches and buffets delivered to their doors. They complained of poor quality sandwiches with the same fillings day to day and them not being fresh. Being chefs we decided to set up our own business where we would spread a little sunshine and try to spread ir across the world so we would like to encourage – 1st class food, a varied menu, top notch service all delivered to the door.
We like sunshine and try to spread it across the world and to encourage you to use Fairtrade products. We offer orange juice from Fruit Passion and catering sized tea and coffee from Traidcraft.
We have developed a new range of boxed sandwiches, wraps and baguettes for you to sell on site. We now have to get up even earlier as these are made fresh each morning and delivered to you before breakfast.
Handmade food, which is made on the day, is the only way to produce the freshest and best quality products, so we decided to open up new kitchens around the country serving their own areas. This is an ongoing project and we are always looking for new talent to run these as their own while keeping to our philosophies.
